Executive – Compliance (Woven Garments)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist to lead and administrate all types of Buyer’s/ Social & Environmental Compliance Audit & organize the factory
  • Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and run day-to-day operation
  • Monitor Regulatory activities to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends
  • Coordinate the identification and tracking, in conjunction with the business and regional support lawyers, of potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues
  • Develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers
  • Arrange various training session to meet the compliance requirement.
  • Prepare audit CAP Report independently & day to day audit follow-up
  • Maintain and keep all documents as required by buyer’s, Law & Rules
  • Sound knowledge on BLL, BLR-15, BNBC, NFPA & ACCORD/Alliance standards
  • Experience on WRAP, SCS/C-TPAT, SEDEX, ETI, FLA, BSCI & EU, UK & USA buyers Compliance requirements
  • Time to time reporting to the line Manager & meet the official requirements accordingly

Educational Requirements
  • MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Certified lead auditor in Compliance will be preferred.

Manager (Industrial Engineer)

Job Responsibilities
    • The IPE for Woven Bottoms of Garments factory will be responsible for monitoring & improving the productivity and efficiency of the production lines. Responsibilities will include ensuring optimum utilization of resources by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks and improving methods bringing about simplification in the overall production process.
    • Responsible for production planning of the woven garment’s factory.
    • Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.
    • Coordinate quality control objectives & activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
    • Utilize the expertise of an industrial & production Engineering (IPE) and run the department smoothly.
    • Balance the line to ensure minimum work force.
    • Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff & facility
    • Arrange and manage the production unit machines by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
    • Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
